Rules & Regulations

The students are expected to come to school immaculately dressed in the prescribed dress for the day. Uniform and personal hygiene will be checked everyday.
The school gate will close 5 minutes before the opening of the school. The students are expected to be punctual in all circumstances. The late coming without any valid reason will not be tolerated.
Parents are required to inform the school immediately if there is any change in the address and telephone no. The school doesn’t take the responsibility of any inconvenience to the students or the parents due to negligence on parents’ part in this regard.
Any information conveyed by the school should be adhered to seriously so that it does not cause any inconvenience to either side.
All the belongings of the students e.g. blazer, ties, sweaters , skirts, trousers, shirts, shoes, socks & the stationery material must be named with class correctly and marked also so that they are not interchanged.
The students have to take care of their belongings themselves.
However the school will make all possible efforts to search if any belonging of the student is lost, but does not give the guarantee of procuring it.
Children are not allowed to bring any valuable or money in the school.
Parents may send candies for distribution on their child's birthday. Appropriate casual wear is permitted.

Fee books will be issued to the parents at the time of admission or in the beginning of the session for the old students.
After 25th of the month till the last day of the month permission to deposit fee is principal’s discretion.
Fee can be deposited in advance for any number of months or for the full session if desired so.
Even if the students are admitted later during the term, fee for the whole academic session will be charged.
Fee deposit receipt are to be kept safe by the parent as the proof of payment of fee.
A clear calendar month’s advance notice in writing or a month’s fee in lieu of notice, should be deposited to withdraw a pupil from the school either in the beginning of the session or in the middle. Principal’s discretion only may waive the notice period in special circumstances.
Fees once taken will not be refunded.
The fee structure is subject to change at any time without prior notice.
